• Returns and Complaints

Complaints and Returns:

  • The customer has the right to file a complaint about the product in case of discovering physical or legal defects.
  • Complaints should be reported in writing to the store's email address: sklep@crea-shop.eu, providing contact information, order number, description of the defect, and the customer's request (e.g. repair, exchange, price reduction, withdrawal from the contract).
  • Complaints should be reported immediately after discovering the defect, but no later than within 30 days from the date of product release.
  • The seller will consider the complaint within 14 days from the date of receiving it. In case the complaint is justified, the seller will fulfill the customer's request immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the date of reporting the complaint.
  • The customer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, without giving any reason. The declaration of withdrawal from the contract should be sent to the store's email address: sklep@crea-shop.eu.
  • In case of withdrawal from the contract, the customer is obliged to return the product at their own expense to the seller's address immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract.
  • The seller will refund the customer for all payments received, including delivery costs, immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the date of receiving the declaration of withdrawal from the contract, using the same payment method that was used by the customer.
